Refund & Return Policy
1. You are entitled to a statutory cooling off period on orders placed over the internet, starting from the date you placed your order and ending 7 days after your goods are delivered. Beds and mattresses are however excluded from this Rule once they have been removed from their wrapping. Specially ordered goods are also excluded.
2. You must inform us by e mail in writing during the cooling off period that you are cancelling your contract with us
3. If the goods, excluding Special Orders, are cancelled before delivery and they do not fall into the category of "a Special Order", we will refund the money paid in full.
4. If you cancel the order and the goods have been dispatched to you, we may not be able to cancel the delivery. In this case, you are responsible for the goods when they are delivered. Keep them in there wrapping and make arrangements for them to be returned to us as soon as possible and in any event, within 7 days of delivery to you. When we receive the goods back in "as new" condition, we will refund the money you have paid.
5. If the goods have been delivered to you and you cancel the order within 7 days of delivery, you are responsible for them. 6. Beds and Mattresses... May we remind you that the cooling off period for these goods is dependant on their not being removed from their sealed wrapping. Once they have been removed from their wrapping, you will not have the right to cancel the order or return the goods.
7. The refund will only be credited to the original card used for purchase. It usually takes around 3-7 working days to reach your account, depending on how quickly your credit/debit card company processes the refund.
8. Items will need to be returned with original packing including any accessories unless we have otherwise stated that there is an exception.
9. Please make sure you package your item(s) extremely well. If item(s) are damaged in transit you will be liable for any damage caused
